The remote monitoring system which is included in the supply of the remote controlled trencher give to our service team the ability to understand the problem early and either provide distant support to customer if applicable, or prepare better the service team who will visit the machine on site, saving precious time from the machine operation.
At the same time the remote monitoring system notify the users for the upcoming required maintenance giving them the possibility to schedule better their production and keep the machine service updated.
